Lost password
Use the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in page. A reset link is sent to the address on the account; open it and set a new password. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google instead — there is no separate password to reset.
Session expired mid-analysis
Sign in again and open the study. An interrupted run is never lost: press Resume on the automatic analysis panel and it continues from the last completed stage.
Deleting your material
Deleting a study removes its turns, observations, evaluations and reports. To remove an entire account, write to the address below and the request is carried out manually.
